Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Fieldglass Configuration Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in implementing configuring and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions.
- This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless configuration and optimization of the SAP Fieldglass platform for managing contingent workforce and services procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment configuration and customization of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement) to meet business requirements.
- Manage and oversee the integration of SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems such as SAP Ariba SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions that enhance the overall system performance and process flow.
- Provide expertlevel support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues ensure optimal system performance and manage defect resolution.
- Create detailed configuration documentation and user guides. Conduct training sessions for endusers empowering them with the skills to use SAP Fieldglass efficiently.
- Keep the system uptodate by managing patch upgrades applying best practices and ensuring minimal disruption during upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams external vendors and clients to ensure the successful design implementation and operation of SAP Fieldglass solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of handson experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation. At least 3 endtoend SAP Fieldglass project implementations.
- Expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration integration with other SAP products (Ariba S/4HANA) and custom solution development.
- SAP Fieldglass Certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and clients.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloudbased solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in managing SAP Fieldglass projects or leading a team during project implementations.
- Understanding of contingent workforce management processes and services procurement best practice
