5 years of experience in a business or technology role working closely with business functions.
Strong understanding of system development lifecycle models such as Agile or traditional project management principles.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives and business transformation efforts.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives and facilitate discussions.
Proven ability to manage customer expectations and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to break down complex ideas.
Executive presence with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams.
Commitment to Agile values including openness respect courage and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree.
Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance Business Analysis Data Management or Business Intelligence.

Overview
The Solution Analyst ensures that technology solutions align with business requirements and achieve the desired outcomes. This role primarily focuses on designing and configuring platforms to support business needs. Additionally the Solution Analyst may document requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
This position requires a blend of strong business acumen application domain expertise and the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business language. The role assists subject matter experts (SMEs) with gap analysis process definition and system enhancements. It also provides highlevel support for breakfix incidents and requests. Unlike a developer this role does not involve coding but instead builds technical solutions by configuring systems based on business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Configure and design business technology platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes using emerging technologies.
  • Educate the IT team on business goals and facilitate alignment between business functions and IT from initial requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Ensure process conformity and compliance; drive development of business and technical process documentation and training materials.
  • Convert functional specifications into technical specifications in collaboration with developers.
  • Gather and analyze information to define work scope ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between business divisions/functions and IT for projects and system enhancements.
  • Conduct problem analysis formulate hypotheses and validate technical solutions.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with various stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze recurring problems in system logs.
  • Track project status and open issues ensuring timely followups and resolutions.
  • Participate in industry seminars and trade shows overseeing internal demonstration activities.
  • Organize and lead meetings presenting findings and project updates.
  • Identify opportunities to redesign and automate business processes for improved efficiency.
  • Act as a Solution Lead or Technical Project Manager coordinating technical teams and overseeing technical design.
  • Define project requirements milestones and budgets in coordination with project managers.
  • Track project progress resolve issues publish reports and recommend actions.
  • Communicate and enforce standard business process concepts.
  • Build and maintain relationships across IT and business teams.
  • Lead business requirements gathering converting them into welldefined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the BehaviorDriven Design (BDD) process and structure requirements to facilitate automated acceptance testing.
