Job Description

Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join its Government Contracts practice group working from its  Los Angeles CA office.


Qualifications :

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience with government investigations federal civil litigation and/or internal corporate investigations.

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: responding to government investigations arising under the False Claims Act; drafting and responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation; managing eDiscovery; drafting motions in federal court; scoping internal investigations and advising clients on disclosure considerations; familiarity with government contracts and/or health care substantive law.  

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the California Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250000 to $320000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare vision dental retirement and allpurpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data an applicants skills and prior experience certain degrees and certifications and other factors.
