Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Practice Lead to drive our SAP consulting initiatives someone who has strong preferable experience in Logistics Transport Supply & Demand or Fulfilment domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise working in various SAP cross functional modules SAP S/4HANA including foundational knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) along with a strong consultancy background.
This role requires a proactive leader capable of engaging with clients building business opportunities and managing endtoend project deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead Architect for SAP crossfunctional modules designing and delivering scalable solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Provide insights and expertise in SAP EWM to support implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities develop proposals and secure new engagements.
- Oversee SAP practice operations including project planning team leadership and quality assurance.
- Design and implement logistics transportation and supply chain solutions ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary client liaison driving discussions managing expectations and ensuring project success.
- Mentor and guide the SAP team fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Stay abreast of emerging SAP trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on logistics supply chain and fulfilment.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA with foundational knowledge of SAP EWM.
- Proven track record in a consultancy setup with the ability to manage client relationships and business development.
- Deep understanding of integration points across SAP modules like MM SD and EWM.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handson experience in project management including planning and delivery.
Good to Have
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related modules.
- Prior exposure to largescale SAP implementations in the logistics or supply chain domain.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
