Job Description
Responsible for carrying out quality control activity included inspection of incoming raw materials intermediate and finish goods.
Responsible for quality control data entry and generation of certification of analysis
Responsible for preparing Customer Specific Quality Assurance (SQA) for batch approval from customer.
Responsible for trouble shooting quality problems of production batch
Support on technical service and attending quality complaints and trouble shooting
Responsible for the general cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory areas and function rooms
Helping out with production and manufacturing work when required
Recognize that health and safety are the responsibility of every employee; take reasonable care of oneself and others.
- Comply with Beckers Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures relevant to the role. Identify and report unsafe conditions and escalate concerns to EHS Managers Officers and Supervisors as necessary.
Qualifications :
Minimum SPM/ MCE or equivalent
Minimum 2 year relevant experience in Paints and Chemical industry
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willing to travel within the region
Additional Information :
Capable of working independently and diligently to high quality standard
Ability to plan and organize work to ensure the completion of assignments according to deadline
To be fully competent in the use of IT systems and software including Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint
