Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer HVAC .As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships in the HVAC industry. Here is a summary of the job description:


  • Experience of working in Sales of HVAC equipment good knowledge of equipment like VRF DX units packaged units AHU Chillers etc.
  • Should be available locally in Oman (or previously) and knows the Oman Market
  • To study the market surveying and generating highquality sales leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients showcasing the companys products and services.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in training and mentoring sales team members providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends product developments and technological advancements in the HVAC sector.



Requirements


Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the HVAC industry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry including products services and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid drivers license.
