This is a remote position.
- Research and contact new customers across different countries.
- Identify and activate new business opportunities through multiple sales channels.
- Work with the sales team to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Track and report sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Use Zoho CRM to manage customer information.
- Analyze and qualify potential clients and update the sales pipeline.
- Respond quickly to client inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer needs and work on providing solutions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers to support business growth.
- Connect with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and grow existing accounts.
- Recommend solutions based on client needs and market trends.
- Schedule meetings or calls between clients and the sales team to close deals.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business marketing international trade or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Quick learner who can work independently after training.
- Attention to detail when researching and qualifying leads.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Zoho Salesforce).
- Experience in sales or startup environments is a bonus.
- Gain handson experience in international trade and sales.
- Understand global sales cycles and business development processes.
