Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
- Build LongTerm Relationships: Develop strong enduring partnerships with B2B clients in commercial industrial and institutional markets
- Prospect & Close Deals: Identify highvalue leads network within the industry and convert opportunities into longterm clients
- Represent at Industry Events: Engage decisionmakers and potential clients at gatherings like IFMA FAA IREM and CAI
- Showcase Their Value: Deliver persuasive presentations emphasizing the organizations stateoftheart restoration solutions
- Manage CRM Data: Record and update sales activities pipelines and client engagements to ensure seamless communication and forecasting

- Proven Sales Record: 2 years of success in restoration or a closely related field
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing and maintaining B2B relationships

- TechSavvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint) and CRM platforms
