Labor & Employment Senior Attorney Pittsburgh PA
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 5 years of experience to join its Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a broad range of employment matters including workplace discrimination harassment retaliation and wrongful termination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation matters including drafting pleadings discovery and motions.
- Taking and defending depositions and conducting administrative hearings (preferred).
- Drafting workplace policies and conducting employee training sessions.
- Providing daytoday advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment matters.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
- Strong legal research writing and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $170000 $190000 annually (based on a fulltime schedule).
- Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
