Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Developers to join our clients team. The ideal candidates will have experience in Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management particularly in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions
- Work with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (either OIC/FIC)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and optimize incentive compensation structures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to incentive compensation systems
Requirements:
- Experience in Incentive Compensation/Sales Performance Management
- Handson experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Development
- Expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (either OIC/FIC)
- NOT Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
