Job Description
PM Fin Shop Helper
- Pay: $17$19 per hour
- Hours: MondayFriday 6:00 PM4:30 AM
- Location: Sapulpa OK
- Duration: TemptoHire
Position Overview
We are seeking a FinShop Helper to support the production assembly and maintenance of heat exchangers. This role involves material handling assisting in assembly quality control and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling
- Organize and transport materials to and from the FinShop area.
- Ensure proper storage of metal fins tubes and other heat exchanger components.
Assembly Assistance
- Assist in the installation of fins tubes and other components onto heat exchanger frames.
- Support the assembly team in manufacturing heat exchanger units according to design specifications.
Quality Control Assistance
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled heat exchangers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report any discrepancies or defects in materials or finished products.
Maintenance Support
- Help maintain and clean equipment and tools in the FinShop area.
- Assist in minor repairs and adjustments of machinery and tools used in the assembly process.
Workplace Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in all FinShop tasks.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Inventory and Stock Management
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of materials and supplies.
- Report low stock levels or material shortages to supervisors.
General Housekeeping
- Keep the FinShop area organized clean and free from hazards.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
