Job Description

Our customer is a familyowned company based in Harelbeke Belgium specializing in the design and construction of industrial energy plants. Since 1912 theyve been turning biomass and industrial waste into clean energy helping industries worldwide reduce their reliance on fossil fuels.

Their innovative solutions including biomass boilers and recovered solid fuel (RSF) technology support industries like agriculture food processing and wood production. They transform materials such as agricultural residues recycled wood and nonrecyclable waste into useful energy sources like hot water steam and electricity. With operations around the world they are known for our sustainable and costeffective energy solutions including CO capture for reuse.

As a Customer Service Manager youll be the primary point of contact for customers after their energy solutions are up and running. Your goal To ensure longterm satisfaction by offering tailored services that enhance the lifecycle of their installations.

What Youll Do

  • Provide customized solutions for maintenance and system upgrades.
  • Oversee budgets forecasts and maintenance planning.
  • Manage contracts inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system longevity.
  • Tackle technical challenges with the support of an experienced internal team.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of spare parts.

What You Bring

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in customer service account management or aftersales support.
  • A strong sense of responsibility with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A customerfocused mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French or Spanish is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips.
