About the Role

The Senior Brand and Content Marketing Executive is a newly introduced role within Wellizens growing global marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving campaign development PR events and social media initiatives across Australia and international markets.

Reporting to the Brand Communications Lead were seeking a selfstarter with 3 years of fulltime marketing experience in brand campaigns social media management and content production. Ideal candidates will have handson experience briefing photographers agencies and producers with a background in publishing agency or premium/pharmacy consumer goods (beauty accessories beverages or wellness). Success in this role requires creativity collaboration and the ability to navigate challenges with a solutionsfocused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Content Planning 50 of role
    • Develop content briefs for monthly content photoshoots
    • Create compelling content ideas in monthly content meetings
    • Coordinate content calendar planning in partnership with Brand Comms lead
    • Take initiative on all proactive and reactive content requirements
    • Manage and track social media seeding send outs posts
    • Ensure content is onbrand following guidelines established
  • Social Media Reporting & File Management 15 of role)
    • Present social media insights in monthly meetings
    • Prepare social media reports with support from Brand Comms lead
    • Champion the organization / filing of all assets / files
  • Community management 15 of role)
    • Develop Community Management guideline across Social Brand Channel
  • General Marketing & Campaign Support 20 of role)
    • Play part of wider Marketing team to support on marketing projects
    • Plan and manage budget/expense reporting supporting marketing team

Key relationships:

  • Internal: Design product / category teams marketing team and D2C / teams
  • External: PR & Seeding Agencies Influencer Agencies photography teams

Key Competencies & Experiences

  • 3 years of fulltime marketing experience preferably in premium consumer goods beauty wellness or within a marketing PR or creative agency servicing these industries
  • Proven experience in social media management content creation and PR initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
  • Creative thinker with a solutionsoriented mindset.
  • Lead from the front; selfstarter who seeks solutions.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
