Job Description
We are a small agile team based in BerlinNeuklln working across the globe. At Container Love we collaborate with visionary LGBTQIA voices to create bold boundarypushing content and brand experiences that uplift queer culture. We work with brands and agencies to craft campaigns that dont just stand out they change perspectives build connections and spark cultural change. Our work celebrates diversity and queer visibility across all formats and platforms.
Tasks
Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to grow our community.
Plan and schedule content across all platforms ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Actively engage with our online community by responding to messages comments and interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with artists creators and collaborators within the LGBTQIA space.
Create content with our Love Talents for leading brands and beyond.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaigns.
Requirements
Youre a student in Social Media Management Communications Marketing or a related field.
Passionate about community building and online engagement.
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Creative mindset with strong organizational skills for content planning.
Proactive detailoriented and a great team player.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
An understanding of and respect for the queer community and culture is essential.
