Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Accounts Manager/Client Acquisition Manager with a strong recruiting background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of experience in the US staffing and recruiting industry with proven expertise in onboarding potential clients driving account growth and delivering outstanding results. A genuine LinkedIn profile and a track record of successful client acquisitions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospect and onboard potential clients in the US market.

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Leverage recruiting expertise to address clientspecific staffing challenges effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts fostering trust and ensuring longterm partnerships.

Understand client business needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions to meet their objectives.

Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.

Proactively address and resolve client concerns ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Guide recruitment teams to align strategies with client needs and expectations.

Monitor performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs) to ensure delivery excellence.

Provide feedback and insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Meet and exceed revenue and client retention targets by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on account performance revenue generation and pipeline activity.

Forecast and plan account growth strategies to maximize revenue potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8 10 years of experience in US staffing recruiting or a related field with expertise in client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing large accounts in the US staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Sound knowledge of US recruitment processes employment laws and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets in a competitive fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine and active LinkedIn profile with a robust professional network.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VMS/MSP systems.
  • Familiarity with IT/Engineering recruitment processes.
  • Established connections with potential clients in the US staffing market.
