We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations provide administrative support and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage scheduling appointments and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure office security by following company procedures for visitor checkin.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
