Job Title: Vehicle Sales & Lead Manager
Pay: $60000$125000 annually (Base Commission Position)
As a Vehicle Sales & Lead Manager you will play a key role in driving sales and managing customer leads. You will also oversee the sales process from start to finish including personally selling vehicles closing deals and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role is perfect for a highly qualified Sales Associate ready for the next step or an experienced Sales/Finance Manager looking for a hybrid opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers and manage leads through the CRM system.
- Oversee the sales process from initial lead to deal closure ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with various department to structure deals present financing options and maximize profitability.
- Conduct vehicle sales presentations test drives and finalizing paperwork with customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle inventory and market trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of salesrelated paperwork.
- Provide guidance mentorship and training to less experienced sales team members as needed.
- Stay updated on automotive financing leasing and industry best practices.
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance management
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
- Exceptional negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- A customerfocused mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
