Job Description
Job Title: Art Director
Location: remote
Duration: ASAP through end of June 2025 with long term extension potential
Hours/week: 30
Hourly Rate: $80
Were looking for an incredibly talented graphic designer to join us and help bring our companys marketing strategies to life.
Skills
Tremendous creative skills and passion for marketing work especially in digital
Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator)
Exceptional ability in typography layouts gridbased design and color across print and digital
Attention to detail and extraordinary taste to source onbrand photography
Adept at handling multiple deadlines and excellent communication throughout
Experience in global campaign work and multilanguage asset production
Background in user experience design will be emphasized and/or persuasive design marketing tactics
Mindset
You love designing consumer facing campaigns that will be seen around the world
Creative briefs and visual identity docs are your love language
We have a Masterbrand loyalty brand and 19 hotel brands youre keen to learn what makes them all special and tell their stories one campaign at a time
Youre collaborative and thrive in an environment where teamwork is a focus
You enjoy traveling and visiting new places
How we will work together
Youll be embedded on a highly collaborative team of account leads designers writers and production artists
Youll be part of our daytoday activities including kickoffs and creative reviews recurring team meetings and department standups
Youll also support the team with daily tasks such as setting up creative review decks asset checklist package and delivery of assets.
Well set you up with Microsoft 360 (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint) and Figma
