We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This role will focus on facilitating Agile processes and ensuring successful project delivery for complex IT projects stemming from public tenders. As a Scrum Master you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to foster collaboration promote Agile principles and optimize project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader for the development team removing impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
- Ensure alignment with Agile principles and best practices across teams.
- Monitor and report on team performance project progress and potential risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Support the team in delivering highquality software solutions on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners including public organizations to meet project objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects preferably in the public sector or with projects awarded through public tenders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional communication facilitation and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular
- Experience with CMS or backend frameworks such as Drupal / Laravel
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of public procurement processes and regulations.
- Experience in delivering projects for smart cities IoT or similar domains.
