Job Description
Lumino Burton & Brown is on the hunt for a Practice Manager to join our closeknit team! Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.
Our business is looking for a Practice Manager for their busy central city practice that is modern and purpose built. The days/hours are as follows:
- Monday Friday: 8am 5pm
For this role we are on the hunt for a candidate with strong business acumen and proven people leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a close knit team. This role will be replacing a long standing Practice Manager so the ability to slot into a position and continue to improve and develop the team is a must!
Qualifications :
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure to multitask and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets sales targets utilisation and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
