* Act as the primary point of contact for the clients technology

guidance and support as needed.
* Oversee the quality assurance and testing processes during bank
implementation to ensure partner solution is meeting regulatory
requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with the product development team to implement
improvements and enhancements based on bank feedback.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans
risk registers and status reports.
* Generate postproject reports to evaluate the success of the
onboarding process and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay uptodate with banking and digital asset regulations and
compliance requirements ensuring that all project activities adhere to
these standards.
