MSP Channel Sales Representative

Symmetry IT is looking for a resultsdriven MSP Channel Sales Representative to expand our managed IT services and cybersecurity offerings. Key Responsibilities:

MSP Partnership Growth

  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with new and existing MSP partners.
  • Develop joint business strategies that align with revenue goals.

Sales Strategy &

  • Create and execute sales strategies to help partners meet revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
  • Assist partners in increasing transactional volume through demand generation deal alignment and structured sales processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners engaged in the MSP sales program.
  • Use CRM tools to track activities manage leads and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with MSP partner sales teams to drive lead generation pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives including events webinars and campaigns.

Enablement & Training

  • Equip MSP partners with the knowledge and tools to effectively position and sell Symmetry IT solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training support and resources to enhance partner success.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Stay informed on IT industry trends and the MSP landscape offering insights to refine sales and product strategies.
  • Track partner performance and provide regular reporting on program success.

Customer Success Collaboration

  • Work with partner success teams to ensure highquality service delivery and maximize solution adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of direct sales or channel experience preferably in managed IT services cybersecurity or enterprise security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing SaaS and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in partnerdriven sales environments.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
