Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Planning Engineer:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in tender processes by planning work sequences and providing value engineering proposals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management tools.
- Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project to ensure adherence to quality standards and verify that materials and equipment meet specifications.
- Prepare Method Statements and collaborate with the Safety Team to conduct risk assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and internal audits to maintain compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain proper documentation systems to ensure data traceability and compliance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications for reporting and Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tender submissions.
- Prior experience in construction planning particularly for buildingrelated facilities.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 6000 AWS VB 2 3 Months)
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
