Job Description

Position Title: Senior Learning & Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will play a pivotal role in the design delivery and continuous improvement of Filinvest Groups L&D initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring the relevance and impact of the L&D portfolio supporting the development of the workforce through effective learning interventions. The Senior L&D Manager will contribute to the strategic L&D goals manage specific programs and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L&D Portfolio Management:
    Support the planning design and delivery of L&D initiatives to maintain a relevant and impactful portfolio aligned with the companys goals and evolving learning needs.
  • Program Design and Implementation:
    Lead the development and delivery of engaging learning programs across various delivery channels ensuring high quality and measurable outcomes.
  • Continuous Evaluation:
    Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis feedback and followup ensuring continuous improvement in the L&D programs.
  • Learning Needs Analysis:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future learning needs translating them into specific development goals and practical solutions.
  • Innovative Solutions:
    Contribute to the development of creative and effective learning strategies methodologies and tools that engage learners and enhance skill development.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    Partner with HR Talent Management and leadership teams to ensure L&D strategies align with broader talent management and succession planning efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    At least 810 years of experience in L&D with a focus on program design delivery and evaluation. Experience in talent management and succession planning is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    • Proven ability to design and deliver effective L&D programs and initiatives.
    • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word).
    • Exposure to learning technologies software and platforms is a plus.
  • Additional Requirements:
    A passion for learning and development with the ability to drive measurable impact through strategic and creative L&D initiatives.
