About the Role

We are seeking passionate and skilled culinary professionals to join our team as Demi Chef de Partie. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs with ambition creativity and a commitment to culinary excellence.

What Youll Do

Support Section Leadership: Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a designated section of the kitchen ensuring smooth operations and high standards of excellence.

Prepare Culinary Masterpieces: Execute dishes with exceptional quality creativity and presentation ensuring they meet the standards of a fivestar environment.

Collaborate on Menu Development: Work closely with the kitchen team to enhance menu offerings incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.

Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen team members fostering their growth and ensuring consistent output.

Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to meet established quality and plating guidelines.

Inventory and Stock Control: Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels minimizing waste and ensuring timely requisitions for ingredients.

Uphold Hygiene and Safety: Follow and enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations in all aspects of the kitchen.

What Were Looking For

Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in a similar role within a fivestar hotel or luxury resort showcasing exceptional culinary skills and creativity.

Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also leading and inspiring junior staff.

Attention to Detail: Commitment to upholding high standards in food quality presentation and hygiene.
