Job Description: Functional ConsultantAvature

Experience on workday/ smart recruiters / Taleo recruitment tools

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Avature Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of the Avature Talent Management Platform and expertise in configuring and optimizing its functionalities to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements design scalable solutions and support the implementation of Avature modules to enhance talent acquisition and employee engagement processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Collaboration:
  2. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements related to ATS/Recruitment and employee engagement.
  3. Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for their Avature platform needs.
  4. Configuration and Customization:
  5. Configure and customize the Avature platform including workflows forms templates dashboards and reporting tools.
  6. Design and implement scalable solutions that align with business goals and Avatures best practices.
  7. Integration Support:
  8. Provide functional support for system integrations between Avature and other platforms (e.g. HRIS ATS payroll systems).
  9. Ensure seamless data flow across systems to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Functional Testing and Quality Assurance:
  11. Conduct functional testing to ensure system configurations meet business requirements.
  12. Identify and resolve configuration issues to maintain system reliability.
  13. Documentation:
  14. Prepare functional documentation including requirements solution designs user guides and training materials.
  15. Maintain uptodate records of platform configurations and customizations.
  16. User Training and Support:
  17. Deliver user training sessions to HR teams and endusers to maximize platform adoption.
  18. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure users can effectively utilize the platform.
  19. Continuous Improvement:
  20. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  21. Stay updated with Avatures latest features updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

 

Required Skills:

  1. Proven experience working as an Avature Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes talent management and HR workflows.
  3. Handson experience configuring and customizing the Avature platform.
  4. Knowledge of system integrations between Avature and other HRrelated platforms.
  5. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  6. Strong communication and client management skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  8. Familiarity with best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Total Experience Expected: 0608 years


Qualifications :

Educational Qualification: BE BTech Engineering Graduate MCA

 

Primary Skills:

  1. Handson experience with configuring and customizing the Avature platform or similar platform
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes talent management and HR workflows
  3. Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions within ATS systems
  4. Knowledge of system integrations between Avature and other HRrelated platforms (e.g. HRIS ATS HCM)
  5. Capability to understand the business needs and converting them into detailed functional and Technical solutions
  6. Clear understanding on Implementation methodologies and Delivery techniques
  7. Good Knowledge on system configuration system administration data quality analysis business process analysis and Report development

 

Secondary Skills:

  1. Experience conducting user training sessions
  2. Familiarity with other ATS or HRIS platforms
  3. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  4. Strong communication and client management skills
  5. Certification in Avature or relevant HR technology platforms
  6. Experience in change management and adoption strategies

 

 


Additional Information :

  1. Should be willing to travel to client location for deliverables
  2. Should be willing to work in shifts especially CE and UK shifts
