Job Description
Position Description:
The Security Cloud Engineer will assist the Cybersecurity Team by supporting Gwinnett County Security staff in their efforts to protect county systems. This position will be responsible for developing and maturing Microsoft Defender products and various other Cloud based products.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in various Microsoft Cloud Products
Professional experience in cloud security or engineering in public cloud providers AWS or Azure
Understanding of network architecture.
Excellent time management reporting and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in information systems information security computer science engineering or similar technical field of study with 4 years of information security experience; OR 8 years of information security experience without a degree.
Preferred Experience:
Experience deploying policies for servers and network via Intune.
Has a general understanding of security and is able to point
