- As a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect you oversee the holistic and overarching technical design of our ServiceNow portfolio according to our business requirements and our Bosch strategy.
- Taking over the part as ServiceNow Enterprise Architect you play a critical success role in the collaboration with other architects and development team as well as with our upper management to provide technical and strategic guidance.
- It lies in your responsibility to ensure that proposed solutions adhere to both functional and nonfunctional requirements including performance security and scalability while delegating detailed technical to solution architects and development teams.
- You oversee the continuous architectural improvements as well as the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms ensuring endtoend interoperability.
- Furthermore you act as the primary contact for highlevel architectural decision proposals where you are tasked with developing highlevel design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions rounds off your work area.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university degree in Computer Science Information Technology or in a comparable course of study
- Experience and Knowledge: multiple years of overall IT experience and knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and architecture; deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (CSM ITSM) and their applications; strong background in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other ServiceNow instances; proven experience in leading architectural topics within ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to completion and experience in using several architecture frameworks; strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes; proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript GlideScript) and extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs; familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS Azure etc.
- Personality and Working Practice: you show excellent communication and interpersonal skill paired with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment; strong organizational and time management skills as well as analytical and problemsolving abilities round off your profile
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the companys eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your jobspecific experience. In addition you will receive a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
