Job Description

As a Commercial Content & Insights Apprentice you will support the Commercial Content and Communications team in delivering highquality content and datadriven insights for internal and external stakeholders. You will assist in building and distributing internal Commercial communications reaching approximately 3000 hotels across the ENA (Europe & North Africa) region ensuring accuracy consistency and engagement.


A core responsibility will be tracking reporting and analysing key performance data to provide senior operational leaders with valuable insights into portfolio performance and improving engagement with these communications. You will also track key commercial projects analysing completion levels at a granular levelby country management mode and brandto provide actionable insights that drive performance.


This fixedterm apprenticeship 1.5 years) is ideal for a detailoriented and proactive individual with strong analytical skills an interest in content creation and a passion for innovation. You will gain handson experience in commercial communications while developing key skills in reporting and stakeholder engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications ensuring relevant and engaging content for hotel teams.
  • Support tracking and analysis of hotel portfolio performance compiling insights for senior leaders in Operations.
  • Collect and analyse engagement data from communications and campaigns to measure effectiveness.
  • Track key commercial projects monitoring completion levels by country management mode and brand and providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather key content and insights.
  • Assist in creating presentations reports and commercial content for internal and external audiences.
  • Work with CRM and email marketing tools to support communication strategies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to track and interpret data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis reporting pivot tables etc..
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms preferred.
  • Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create professionalstandard presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  •  A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent English; French is preferred.
