Who Were Looking For

We are seeking a techsavvy dental professional with experience in dental frontoffice operations patient coordination or practice management. This role requires someone who thrives in a fastmoving environment can handle direct feedback and is comfortable being proactive and resourceful in solving problems.

This is NOT a passive admin role. We need someone who will own the process ensure our dental offices are engaged follow up relentlessly and provide structured performance reporting to help us make better decisions and improve our clients success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & App Adoption

Ensure dental offices are using our proprietary lead management app effectively.
Conduct virtual tutorials and troubleshooting to assist staff.
Hold offices accountable for tracking and managing leads properly.

Lead FollowUp & Performance Tracking

Contact dental offices weekly to gather updates on marketing leads.
Identify challenges in lead conversion and patient scheduling.
Track trends and compile actionable insights for performance improvement.

Reporting & Client Reviews

Create weekly reports summarizing client progress for the CEO.
Prepare monthly performance reports to present to dental office owners.
Join CEO in client review meetings eventually leading these meetings independently.

Scheduling & Administration

Set up flexible calendar availability for checkins with offices.
Organize and clean reporting data to ensure clarity and actionability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Dental Office Experience Youve worked as a dental receptionist treatment coordinator or office manager and understand frontoffice operations.
TechSavvy & ProcessOriented You quickly learn new software can train others and keep detailed records.
Strong Communicator Youre confident articulate and not afraid to follow up persistently to get things done.
DetailOriented & Proactive You anticipate problems take action without waiting for instructions and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
ThickSkinned & ResultsDriven Our culture is direct and fastmoving. You must be comfortable with blunt feedback and high expectations.

Work Hours & Flexibility

Parttime
Work hours are flexible but must be available for scheduled checkins with dental offices.
Reports and admin work can be done during nonpeak hours.
