Key Responsibilities:
Handle office administration tasks including sending emails making small payments and maintaining records. Follow up on client payments orders and pending sales calls. Attend and manage incoming phone calls efficiently. Run errands as needed for business operations. Be techsavvy and proficient in using computers and the internet for research documentation and communication. Bring fresh ideas for improving workflow and efficiency. Assist in daytoday office management and coordination between departments.
