Job Description:
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning budgeting and reporting processes for external client companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting 30
Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and variance analysis for client companies.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
Financial Analysis & Reporting 25
Support financial modeling and data analysis to provide insights into business performance.
Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for client companies.
ERP System Management & Data Integrity 20
Work within ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Intacct SAP or other tools.
Ensure financial data is accurate and reconciled across systems.
Client Communication & Coordination 15
Interact with American clients to gather financial data and provide reports.
Clearly explain financial results and answer client queries.
Process Improvement & Automation 10
Assist in automating financial reports using BI tools (Power BI Tableau).
Recommend improvements for efficiency in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of FP&A experience, preferably working with external companies. Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, SAP, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
