- 8 plus years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud including handson configuration and development. 3 plus years of experience in a leadership or senior role managing Salesforce teams and projects. Proven experience in designing and implementing largescale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams. Experience with integrations between Salesforce and thirdparty systems (REST/SOAP APIs middleware etc.. Good knowledge about and should have used version controlling tool GitHub Apex Advanced Apex Triggers Flows Data loader.
