Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

JASARA PMC, a prominent Program Management Company, is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and effectively manage the recruitment process for mid-and senior-level positions.

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead efforts to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless hiring process from initial contact through to onboarding. Your expertise will be pivotal in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our company values and meet the strategic needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational staffing needs
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges
  • Enhance the employer brand and promote JASARA PMC as an employer of choice

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant area
5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the engineering or construction industries
Strong track record of successfully recruiting for mid to senior-level positions
In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment practices, ATS systems, and sourcing tools
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive recruitment efforts
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals, staffing needs, and business objectives.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to assess future workforce needs and create plans for talent acquisition that meet those requirements.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, even before positions become available.
