As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, leveraging your knowledge and experience to ensure we attract the best candidates across various disciplines. Your mission will be to create a robust candidate pipeline, engage with industry professionals, and enhance JASARA's reputation as an employer of choice.
Your role will not only involve direct recruitment but also fostering a deep understanding of the business needs and cultural nuances within our organization. Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment
Recruitment Strategy Development
Develop Recruitment Plans: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to create recruitment plans that align with business goals and objectives.
Talent Sourcing Strategy: Identify and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates, including job postings, social media campaigns, and networking.
Employer Branding: Work on enhancing the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring the organization is perceived positively by potential hires.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building
Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and recruitment agencies to find potential candidates.
Proactive Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a quick response when roles become available.
Networking: Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates (those not actively seeking a job), industry groups, and professional networks to maintain a continuous flow of talent.
