Job Description
Job Opportunity: Senior Design Engineer Chassis Electrical & Pneumatic Installation
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer / ETL Engineer to join our Chassis Electrical & Pneumatic Installation team in Gothenburg. This role involves designing developing validating and maintaining pneumatic installations for heavyduty vehicles in a global crossfunctional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of pneumatic installations using KOLA.
- Manage product maintenance and new development projects.
- Collaborate with global teams suppliers and crossfunctional stakeholders (Purchasing Production FVV Aftermarket).
- Delegate and oversee consultant work packages including coordination with our Bangalore site.
- Ensure structured project reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree with several years of experience in CAD design and installation (Pro/E).
- Strong background in KOLA DVP ETL or team leadership roles preferably within Volvo AB.
- Experience in heavyduty vehicle development is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong collaboration problemsolving and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
