Job Description
Our client a leading global company in the ecommerce and fashion industry is seeking an HR Business Partner (ChineseSpeaking) to support its growing team. This role will act as a strategic advisor to leadership ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
About your functions and responsibilities
What do you need to be successful
- Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering ideally in a global or ecommerce company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and organizational development.
- Experience working in fastpaced multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
