Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support First point of contact for technical assistance via phone & email
Troubleshooting Perform remote diagnostics & issue resolution
Help Desk Ticketing Track & resolve support requests efficiently
System Management Install & configure hardware software networks & peripherals
Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Management Administer user accounts permissions & configurations
Documentation Maintain & update user guides & training materials
Training & Mentorship Coach & train junior Support Specialists
Inventory Management Maintain IT asset records in FreshService
Vendor Collaboration Engage with thirdparty providers for support & escalation
Client Engagement Schedule & manage client appointments & support sessions
Continuous Learning Follow the Microsoft training path & achieve certifications
Team Collaboration Participate in meetings & team activities
Degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred)
Experience with Windows & Mac operating systems
Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Microsoft 365 environments
1 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role
2 years of experience in customer service
Bilingual in French & English (Required)
