Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leadingB2B solution providerwho are looking to recruit a Serbian speakingJunior Light Technician fortheir offices in Belgrade Serbia.
Position:Junior Light Technician
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in setting up and operating lighting equipment in a live studio environment ensuring consistent quality across various production needs.
- Operate monitor and maintain lighting equipment addressing any technical issues in collaboration with senior technicians.
- Report to the onsite manager on daily operations equipment status and any issues that arise.
- Ensure lighting operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards coordinating with other departments to integrate lighting with audio video and other studio elements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of lighting setups and equipment usage while staying informed on industry trends and technological advancements in studio lighting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as fluency in Serbian.
- Previous experience as a Lighting Technician in live studio or production environments with knowledge of lighting equipment and control systems.
- Ability to interpret light plots and follow safety standards and best practices for live studio operations.
- Ability to address technical issues and troubleshoot effectively under pressure in a live setting.
- Comfortable working as part of a diverse team and communicating clearly with senior technicians and onsite management.
- Strong organizational abilities attention to detail and flexibility to work various shifts including occasional nights and weekends to support 24/7 studio operations.
- Familiarity with lighting software and tools used in live studio settings.
- Relevant certification or degree in lighting design electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
