Collaborate with Project Managers Delivery Managers and Sales to ensure scheduling and availability of technical resources in support of project and presales requirements across North America.

What youll do:
Project success by aligning the right resources to the project and customer.
High utilization of delivery resources.
Visibility into resource capacity as well as who is doing what and when.
Identification and tracking of Engineer skills and certifications.
PSA tool administrative bookings.
Completing administrative requirements for our flexible workforce management tool Workmarket used to place independent contractors.
Requirements
What youll bring to the table:
Working knowledge of service delivery concepts processes and procedures.
Practical understanding of basic IT terminology especially around Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
Excellent listening interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
Selfmotivated and dedicated with keen attention to detail.
Ideally 2 years of recruitment experience successfully placing IT talent.
Ability to negotiate contract rates with external contractors 2 years of related work experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Postsecondary degree preferred.
