Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer
Location: Houston TX
Summary:
The Oracle Fusion Developer will be primarily responsible for the design development maintenance and enhancement of IT applications in the Oracle Fusion Middleware platform. This role involves interfacing with clients at all organizational levels taking business requirements and delivering technical work to yield productive products for endusers. Houston candidates only.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of handson experience with the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack including SOA OSB BPEL B2B Adaptors and Java language development in JDeveloper.
- Experience with operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
- Knowledge of SDLC activities in development projects.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL programming using Oracle Database with TOAD/SQL Developer.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform planning development coding testing migration to production and maintenance of applications.
- Design user flows platform architecture software patterns and data models to support current and longterm business needs.
- Adhere to application standards and best practices.
- Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them promptly with minimal disruptions.
- Conduct research into softwarerelated issues and products.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Java Application servers like Oracle WebLogic Apache or IBM WebSphere.
- Understanding of Internet technologies like HTML XML WSDL scripting languages.
- Understanding of Cloud Technology and Solutions.
- Utility Industry knowledge.
Certification:
- Training or Certification in Java Application Servers Cloud Solutions and Oracle PL/SQL is an added plus.
