About the Role
We are seeking a TikTok Affiliate Community Manager to oversee and expand our TikTok affiliate content creator program. This role is focused primarily on managing relationships with TikTok content creators optimizing campaign performance and driving sales through affiliate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Affiliate Program Management 80
- Recruit onboard and manage relationships with TikTok content creators.
- Set up and oversee campaigns with a 1520 commission structure.
- Monitor and optimize TikTok Shop and ad systems to maximize affiliate performance.
- Develop and maintain a network of 500 content creators.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign results.
- Learn and manage the Amazon affiliate program which operates with a 15 commission structure.
- Ensure continued profitability leveraging existing 5x return on investment.
- Coordinate efforts between TikTok and Amazon programs for maximum impact.
- The TikTok Shop and Amazon FBA integration will be handled separately before hiring.
- If needed remote desktop access to a U.S.based computer will be provided to manage locationbased posting restrictions.
- Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing preferably with TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and ad systems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with content creators.
- Familiarity with Amazon Affiliate programs is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with a global team.
