The Tech (Digital) Platform Manager is responsible for overseeing all nonsocial media technology subscriptions ensuring optimal utilization cost efficiency and compliance with business needs. This role involves managing platform subscriptions negotiating vendor contracts and coordinating digital marketingrelated technology solutions. The Tech Platform Manager will also oversee SEO strategies in relation to performance metrics and act as the primary project manager for special digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Subscription Management
- Handle all technology platform subscriptions including but not limited to DotProperty Lamudi Google m360 GetResponse Respond and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure timely renewal optimization and discontinuation of underutilized subscriptions.
- Maintain an updated database of all platform credentials and access levels.
- Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead negotiations with platform providers to secure the best terms and pricing.
- Review and manage contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for resolving subscriptionrelated issues with vendors.
- SEO & Performance Strategy
- Develop and oversee SEO strategies in relation to digital performance metrics.
- Analyze SEO and platform performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital strategies align with marketing objectives.
- Project Management for Digital Initiatives
- Lead and manage special projects related to digital marketing technologies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Support & Compliance
- Provide support to internal teams on platformrelated concerns.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal IT policies.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on platform usage and best practices.
Key Competencies:
- Expertise in managing SaaS subscriptions and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Experience in data analysis and performance metric evaluation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Trello Asana Jira).
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize platform usage for business efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in Category Management for Digital Platforms or similar
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Licenses & Training Requirements:
- Certification in SEO Google Analytics or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Project Management certification (PMP Agile or equivalent) is an advantage.
