The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic professional with extensive experience as a Executive Coach to join our expanding global team. This is a performancebased independent contractor role offering unparalleled flexibility and portability. You will have the autonomy to set your own hours and work remotely while playing a pivotal role in our clients growth and development. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by results passionate about making a difference and eager to contribute to a larger purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct impactful coaching sessions to guide clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
- Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate transformational growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships providing ongoing support and encouragement.
- Participate in weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom.
- Leverage social media to generate leads and expand your client base (training provided).
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to align clients with suitable programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in coaching or a related field.
- Strong understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in virtual communication tools (Zoom etc..
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook) for lead generation.
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
