Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for innovation in the R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cuttingedge projects that drive the companys mission to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LIMS applications to support laboratory workflows and data management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for LIMS enhancements.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions to meet project objectives.
• Ensure the integrity and security of data within LIMS applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMSrelated issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve LIMS applications.
• Work closely with R&D Preclinical and Clinical teams to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS applications including user manuals and technical specifications.
• Train and mentor junior developers on LIMS technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all LIMSrelated activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong technical background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in LIMS development.
• Demonstrate expertise in software development including proficiency in programming languages relevant to LIMS.
• Have experience in the R&D Preclinical or Clinical domains with a deep understanding of their specific requirements.
• Show a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Exhibit strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Certifications Required

Certified LIMS Professional (CLP) Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
