Job Description
- Follow up and monitor testing request by applicant. /Theo di v gim st yu cu th nghim ca ngi yu cu.
- Communicate and Cooperate with Customer and Lab to work procedure smoothly/ Giao tip v hp tc vi Khch hng v Phng th nghim lm vic theo quy trnh mt cch tri chy.
- Review test application & prepare worksheet for lab section/ Xem xt p dng th nghim & chun b bng tnh cho phn th nghim.
- Distribute testing report to customers/ Gi bo co th nghim cho khch hng.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers. / Thit lp v duy tr mi quan h tt vi khch hng.
- Deal with complaints regarding the customer feedback. / Gii quyt cc khiu ni lin quan n phn hi ca khch hng.
- Monitor testing job and progress/ Gim st cng vic kim th v tin .
- Update clients requirements. /Cp nht yu cu ca khch hng.
- Cooperate with sales & finalization staffs for job proceeding. / Phi hp vi nhn vin kinh doanh & quyt ton trin khai cng vic.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from University or College from Textile major or Chemistry back ground is better/ Tt nghip i hc Cao ng chuyn ngnh Dt hoc Ha tr ln
- Fresh graduate or 6month experience in Customer Service or Testing is an advantage/ Mi tt nghip hoc c 6 thng kinh nghim trong Dch v khch hng hoc Kim Nghim l mt li th
- English: Reading Document Writing and Speaking. Good communication is in advantage/ Ting Anh: c hiu ti liu vit v Ni. Giao tip tt l mt li th
- Patient hardworking careful honest/ Kin nhn chm ch cn thn trung thc
