JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager Heat Pumps (Residential Market) to drive sales of heat pumps in the residential market helping homeowners transition to greener energy solutions.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for heat pump installations in the residential sector.
- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the residential heating market building strong relationships with homeowners and developers.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders providing highlevel support and guidance on heat pump solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for heat pump installations ensuring profitability and longterm customer retention.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts performance reports and strategic plans to senior management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the renewable energy or heating industry specifically in selling heat pump installations to residential customers.
- Strong knowledge of heat pump technology energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as needed.
