The Director of Case Management Opportunity:
Fulltime permanent directhire position
MondayFriday Day Shift
75bed Rehabilitation Facility
The Director of Case Management will be responsible for the daytoday operations and human resource management of the Case Management department
Provide guidance and support to Case Managers and other staff including training on managing caseloads and interpreting regulations policies operational procedures and objectives
Review operations to ensure internal quality consistent with organizational standards
The Director of Case Management Qualifications:
Obtain ACM or CCM within a year of hire
Must be a Registered Nurse or Certified Social Worker
3 years of Acute Care Case Management experience
Strong leadership skills
