Job Description

Lithe Transformation is looking to hire an Agile Coach to work for ongoing work requiring SC or BPSS security clearance. This is a unique opportunity to drive highimpact groundbreaking agile transformation in a nontechnical environment. You will need to have good experience of ScrumatScale (this is a musthave) and be based in a location where you can be onsite in Bristol or Portsmouth for 3 days per week.

We are looking for seniorlevel coaches with experience of working at enterprise and/or Transformation Lead level. Please note that this is a coaching position so we re looking for someone from that background rather than a delivery manager background.

Salary in the region of 95k
