Game Release Specialist

Our Hub88 Technical and Supplier Operationsdepartment is growing and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey!

As a Game Release Specialist youll be the driving force behind smooth and successful game launches and updates. Your expertise in roadmap maintenance testing and quality assurance will ensure players get the best experience every time.

Working closely with crossfunctional teams youll tackle challenges headon swiftly resolving issues and optimizing the release process. Your passion for gaming and precision in will help shape the success of our titles.

Your daily tasks will be

• Maintain and update game roadmaps to ensure timely releases of new games and update information on existing ones
  
• QA of new games prior to release
  
• Work closely with game providers and assist in gathering assets for creation of thumbnails and backgrounds
  
• Monitor game performance and player feedback to identify and address any issues or bugs in a timely manner
  
• Cooperate with Product Management and Quality Assurance Teams
  
• Keep detailed documentation on all games including their features updates and any issues that have been identified and resolved
  
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development to ensure that the companys games are of the highest quality and remain competitive in the market
  

What we expect from you

• Proactive cando attitude and customerfocused mindset
  
• Excellent level of verbal and written English
  
• A team player and strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  
• 13 years of experience as technical support application engineer or similar technical position is an advantage but not a requirement
  
• Good technical level of understanding of technology infrastructure and business operations
  
• Think out of the box be a creative thinker
  
• Understanding of gambling game fundamentals is a plus
  
• Confidence in Photoshop/other photo editors is a plus
